Still Caring Lunch Club – July meeting

Still caring logo

On Wednesday July 10th, we continue our lunch club meetings.  This time we will welcome John Nicholson as our speaker.  John is the senior chaplain at Fulbourn Hospital.  If you haven’t met John yet, I encourage you to come along.  John and I have worked together for over a year developing a bereavement programme designed to support individuals who have lost their significant carer.  As you can imagine, this is a particular challenging experience and John has been instrumental in shaping these resources in a pragmatic, holistic way.  John isn’t going to speak about that programme at this lunch instead he wants to speak to carers as a carer himself in a talk he has called Finding your place, your way, your path.  How apropos, don’t you think?

If you’ve not joined us before and would like more information, additional details for the lunch can be found on this website.

Lunch remains £9.  We gather after 12:30 to order our own drinks from the bar and put in our lunch order.  Lunch begins at 1pm.  Please note that bookings for the lunch are essential so numbers can be passed to Hugo at the Six Bells.
