It really feels like winter is approaching. I don’t know about you but this is when my gardening and outdoor activities take a nose dive and I begin to seek indoor alternatives. But this is not the time to grow idle or just depend on our normal day-to-day to keep us fit through the winter. Exercise and activity help us to ward off colds and illness while keeping our joints supple and our muscles warm. dementiaCOMPASS will be sending this message along with other organisations at the Forever Active health and well being day. A day filled with free activities and exercise tasters that are sure to warm you up for winter. If you have some shopping to do at the Grafton Centre, do plan to visit and find the dementiaCOMPASS stand. We’d love to see you.
